This unique blend of technical engineering precision and business integrity allowed Ruy to grow the company from a small local operation into a premier firm with five dedicated in-house crews. When he isn’t overseeing a project site, Ruy is an avid traveler who finds inspiration on the open road on his motorcycle or out on the water boating.
His personal philosophy is captured in the motto: “Ora et Labora” – Work and Pray. For Ruy and the entire team, this means showing up every day with a spirit of service, a commitment to honest labor, and the humility to treat every client’s home with the utmost respect.
